This week I stayed the same. I didn't really deserve to, because I've been pretty free and easy about what I've been eating this week (think Easter, not just chocolate but...). Will try really hard to be good this week so it doesn't catch up with me: I *do* want to get back down to that target line again. It's not going to be easy until after the weekend though.
Over the past 16½ months of dieting I've lost 3st 13lb, which amounts to 26% of my starting weight - my current weight is 11st 3lb
My average loss a week is ¾lb
My target weight is 10st 10lb. I am currently 0st 7lb away from this.
My current BMI is 25.23; my target BMI is 24.11.
