This week I lost 6lb. That's all the weight I put on over Christmas essentially. I know I lost it because of the tummy bug though, not because I was being very good, so I intend to be very good indeed this week to make up for it. This is as low as I've been, and I only managed to stay here for one week so far, so I'd like to improve on that.
Over the past 13 months of dieting I've lost 4st 4lb, which amounts to 28% of my starting weight - my current weight is 10st 12lb
My average loss a week is 1lb
My target weight is 10st 7lb. I am currently 0st 5lb away from this.
My current BMI is 24.43; my target BMI is 23.62.
