This week I stayed the same. That was an after breakfast weigh-in though, cos I forgot earlier. Still, been ill and am not really trying. In usual diet tradition it's not worth trying too hard over Christmas as it's too easy to spoil things. New Year's Resolution (number one in an occasional series) is to end next year weighing less than I start it. And preferably to be able to say the same about each month within the year too.
Over the past 48½ months of dieting I've gained 1st 3¼lb, which amounts to -8% of my starting weight - my current weight is 16st 5¼lb

My target weight is 14st 7lb. I am currently 1st 12¼lb away from this.
