If you're feeling shite and miserable having a good rant about it is all very well. But maybe mailing it to your ex, and then worrying you've upset them is not the best way to stop feeling shite and miserable. S'not like it even helped really. gah. I think I'm going to go to bed.
At least CSI was OK. And we had fish and chips and they were good and far too plentiful.
