This week I gained 1¼lb - which of course is disappointing given I've been trying to be good. I know I didn't manage as well as I would have liked, but I still thought it was reasonably good over all. It may be slightly related to the fact that my last weigh in was more like 2pm, for an extra 5 hours of not eating or drinking before the weigh-in, but I'm not sure how much difference that actually makes - though I have observed it be nearly this much in the past. Still, I'll not let it derail me, and we'll see how I do next week.
NB: got on the scales out of curiosity mid afternoon (well after lunch) and found I was 1/2 a pound lighter, even with the added weight of said lunch. Funny old world.
Over the past 37¼ months of dieting I've gained 0st 9¾lb, which amounts to -5% of my starting weight - my current weight is 15st 11¾lb
