This week I gained 2lb, pretty pleased that it's so little given I've been away for the weekend, and didn't even get back into the eating plan until somewhat later than I'd intended due to the trip back being so un-relaxed and delayed. Still if I eat well this week I can probably shift at least some of that, and hopefully I'm still only 2 or 3 weeks from reaching my target. It was well worth it anyway!
