  • Mood:

really packing

Clothes: many socks and knickers and bras, 3 jumpers, 2 tshirts, 2 strappy tops, one overshirt, 2 pairs shorts, one warm skirt, nightie.

First aid: pills, ADs, antihistamine pills and cream, germolene, ibuprofen, immodium, cough sweets, sore throat sweets, plasters, antacids, condoms, tubigrip bandage.

Stuff: bin bags, cereal bars and caramel wafers, cutlery, bike light, deodorant, magic hand-washing liquid, mini pack of cards, 2 disposable cameras, wallet, small amount cash, one debit card, keys, sunglasses, light waterproof jacket.

All these are now in my rucksack. In a big carrier are 2 sleeping bags, 2 sleeping mats, 2 waterbottles and 2 plastic mugs. The tent is to hand, as are tickets and train tickets. My mobile is charging. I have laid out undies, jeans, tshirt and jacket for tomorrow, and my DMs are under the desk as usual.

RJK to pack: his clothes (inc waterproofs), shaver, washbag with toothbrushes and toothpaste and comb. Suncream. Proper torch. towels.

I think we're nearly ready :-) And there's still space for book, notebook and pen.
