Decided to have a bit of a break from caffeine, having slept badly on Monday night after 2 coffees, a tea and a diet coke only an hour or so before bedtime. Not sure it's made any difference actually as I slept abdly Tuesday and Wednesday nights too, but I figure I ought to give the experiment a couple more days anyway. However in avoidoing my usual coffee and diet coke and so on I seem to have forgotten today to drink anything else. Probably why I have a slight headache. Silly me.
