Food Diary

Right, decided what I'm having for dinner tonight before I go to the pub, and that leaves enough calories left for 3 halves of beer. Yum.

Slight change of plan: that much fruit salad is clearly too much for one meal, so I'll have half for dinner tonight and half for breakfast tomorrow. Adding onethree of my Christmas present chocolates instead as a snack I now get the following overall result (can't be arsed to update the full food diary here, but you get the general idea.
