Weekly weigh in
This week I lost 7lb - which I'm startled by. It's probably partly because this week I weighed

afterbefore dinner instead of beforeafter but still, it does make me feel a whole lot better than I did a week ago. So my current weight is my new starting weight as far as SW is concerned, and we'll see how we go. I'm aiming to try and lose another 3 this week while I'm still on a roll. And the new plan looks like it might be just different enough to help.
