Spent most of the morning and half the afternoon dozing, got up late afternoon while Richard was out, watched a bit of snooker and athletics and then hit a pretty low spot, where all I really wanted to do was go back to bed yet again, and felt like if that's all there was then there wasn't much point. Still, perked up a bit and got some useful stuff done round the house and now we're going to try and get out of here for a bit and go to the pub.
