This week I lost 2lb. That's in a slightly short week, since it's our first go at the new class on Tuesdays instead of Thursdays. Decided to adjust target back down to 10.5 stone instead of 10 stone 10, see how I go. Feeling fairly positive, though not perfect, and the new class seemed nice: comfy chairs and running to time!
Over the past 19½ months of dieting I've lost 3st 4lb, which amounts to 22% of my starting weight - my current weight is 11st 12lb
My average loss a week is ½lb
My target weight is 10st 7lb. I am currently 1st 5lb away from this.
My current BMI is 26.68; my target BMI is 23.62.
